Peanut N°9 is professionally made software based on Wendy Starfall's own branch of the popular OpenCollar.
It is the fastest, smallest and most progressive version of the OC. The collars created with this kit live on a calm update channel, they are less gloomy and more forgiving for casual users and newbies, and they have the lowest script count compared to any other flavor of OpenCollar.
