Picture Frame changes the Textures every 15 seconds. To change the Color just click the Frame. 66 Colors possible
Add your own Images in it. Open Build Menu, click the Content Tab (if there is no Content Tab click at "More") and drag and drop the Textures from your Inventory in it.
Want to change the Timer? Open the Script and change this line:
llSetTimerEvent(15.0);
The 15 is the Time in seconds the image is shown.
