You may modify and give away the items like you want.
You may use the Items in your own Builds
Its not allowed to give them away with full Permissions
Its not allowed to resell them as they are
At least you have to set them copy or transfer for the next owner but not both.

Wall 1 10m - LI 1 Prim
Wall 2 10m - LI 1 Prim
Wall 1 5m - LI 1 Prim
Archway with Doors (Linkset) - LI 3 Prim

You can change each Part however you want. All is 100% Mesh, only the Archway is a Linkset of 4 Parts. So you may have to unlink it for some Changes.

PLEASE NOTE:

At some Sims you cannot rezz Mesh Items inside Mesh Buildings. Its an SL Glitch and the only thing you can do is to rezz outside and move the item inside.

Landimpact Value can increase dramatically if you resize the Object.

Do not copy Items with the "Advanced Door Script" inside with Shift + Pull because it loses the Settings and you have to re-configure it. Simply rezz a new Item to keep the Doors working.

The Script is a Full Perm Script, a Freebie i found anywhere and not made by me and not supported by me but its very useful.
