The Jetfusion Steam Mill is loosely based on the 1800's steam mill building seen on the banks of the canal in Chester, UK. The refurbished brick factory styling is ideal for many uses including retail, clubbing and apartments.
It's the biggest building we do, standing 57m tall and with a footprint of 62m x 36m.
Features include:
- 7 floors, with 7m ceiling height
- 21m high atrium with 2 glass floored balconies
- modern glass panel railings on balconies
- metal stairways between floors
- full sculpted arched and square windows
- exposed metal beams
- wooden flooring throughout
- Glass skylights
The structure is prim based rather than mesh, so you can copy and modify the building as you wish. This could include trimming down the size to reduce prims, or you could even add extra mezzanine floors between the existing ones to create 14 storeys!
