I am not the creator, just a reseller. As such, i cannot give refunds or redeliver, the redeemable item(henceforth called voucher) itself is no-copy.
To redeem this voucher, you are advised to rezz this on a prim surface.
If you are unsure what counts as a prim surface, you can first create a new box via the Build tools, then closing build tools/edit window, and only then rezzing this item on top of that prim's surface.
This guarantees the voucher will be rezzed on top of a prim rather than a mesh; Rezzing on a mesh surface may lose you the voucher, and it being no-copy, there is no redelivery, nor refunds. Please be careful.
