This riding cape is rigged to the Water Horse BENTO Riding Horse and is for use when riding.
It comes with a texture HUD with lots of different textures/colours.
Also has a HUD that will flick between mounted and unmounted for use when leading your horse.
Has a couple different sizes and can be used by women/men/other creatures.
Includes versions for WB and QH versions of the BENTO WHRH.
Does not include horse or tack or any other accessories. Will NOT work with the animesh horses.

This is a great option for the WHRH and it even allows you to select a mode you can wear while dismounted so you don't have to mysteriously lose the cape when you are not riding! Good thinking!
