The Titler looks like any other,a message above the persons head in yellow text, except the person who has the title did not put it there, you can make it follow anyone with a joke message for 30 minutes, after that it will auto delete.
Great for birthday messages, or stag night parties.

Not a Hud
This item is not a hud and must be rezzed so you can not use it anywhere on anyone. It can only be used where you can rez and item and the person must stay within a particular range of rezzed item.
