It will not work with other K-Maes or other baby brands. It's modify and transfer for work with the baby.

Take this addable into your inventory and rezz it near your rezzed Youngin' at the solid ground.
Then click your baby and choose from the outcomming menu : ad item - then click the rezzed item.
And see how nice your baby looks !
Attention !!!!! - When you detach an adaptable from K-Mae Youngin and then take it back into your inventory it will not go into the folder where it was before - but into the folder Objects. I would suggest to take it out there back into a folder where you have outfits for your baby.
