Jumpgate Transponder

This is a small invisible attachment that will automatically (if you grant permissions) teleport you through jump gates and/or ASN Stargates (assuming they ever come back online) it works off the modern Teleport permissions so NO RLV is needed, nor do you have to worry about a map dialog - all you have to do is grant the permission once per login/attach. Prims are full perms, however the script is trans-only (i forgot to set the permissions to FP before I deployed it and I don't want to go back and reperm everything)
