I own two of Catta's builds, this one and the Dawn House. They're both beautifully made with realistic features. This one is particularly spacious and fits nicely on a 6k sqm parcel. Love the layout and the panels that swing open to the several decks around the house. If you have a little getaway,especially a tropical one, this is the house for you.

Ok, first thing I will admit about myself - I'm a HUGE texture snob. I have many homes in my inventory because as of late, there was only one designer who put the time and effort in with amazing textures until I ran across Atrium. I was blown away and bought 2 homes immediately. I cannot wait to see what's down the line, hopefully some family style homes, log homes maybe? grins :) These homes are breathtakingly beautiful and so uniquely laid out. I am a landscaper so to be able to look out the windows and see my work around me is so awesome! But again, thank you, THANK YOU for taking the time to use incredibly realistic and gorgeous wood textures!

Its my 2nd house from ATriuM and fall in love again. The open Windows, the clear line, the Texture and the size - fits for Single, Couple or small Family perfect. The large Walls are my personaly dream cause I hate the small rooms without any space and small Walls. Its comfy, its cozy and great Quality at all. Fantastic Job again, congrats!!
