This product is BOM only and is made to fit heads using Lelutka X style mapping.
Includes 15 different beauty marks (as shown in ad) as well as well as left and right versions of each of these. Fatpack not only includes a combo layer for each pack but also three combination layers only found in the fatpack. To see the beauty marks make sure you add them after adding other layers or edit layer position in your appearance menu.
