This is a Road Rib, or Street Light set. It comes with 3 variants with slightly different bends to vary the look.
It is 2 Land Impact per Road Rib, so minimal impact.
Ordinarily I would try to get these down to 1Li each, but because they are key scene anchors, I have made them hold their silhouette from a distance.
