This shop shelf kit is not only low impact, but its also customisable. Move, remove or add shelves as you desire to really make the most of the space available.
Land Impact in delivered configuration is 2, but I think you'll find it difficult to increase it much beyond that unless you make some crazy shop shelf mecha thing.
