Jupiter Eco Home Model Version 1.0

This is a model Inspired by Jacque Fresco and The Venus Project, that advocates a Resource Based Economy. All revenue collected from these homes is simply used towards building tools, uploads for mesh and textures, etc. I am trying to balance the price so that everyone can have a pleasant home inside second life, while not draining my own Linden reserves while building new houses and updating old versions.
