Just a House is just that, a house. It has no furniture but it has all of the structure with stairs, working doors and textures applied to all surfaces. It is designed to have as small of a footprint as possible 26.5m X 24m, a prim count of only 152, yet have a modern look with the ability to expand it as you see fit.
This house is 100% modifiable. So you can customize it to suit your needs. Walls are thin to allow maximum amount of usable space, all frames can have a unique texture on both inside and outside flat surfaces and both the inside and outside edges. All door scripts, both swing and sliding, have open source scripts that you can modify, copy, or reuse.
The downstairs contains an Entryway, Kitchen, Great Room, Bedroon with bathroom, small den, small dinning room, and a small Wine Cellar between the Dinning Room and Great Room. There are two stairways. The first is a small, enclosed stairway on the left side of the house behind the den. The second it a large stairway off of the kitchen on the right side, with windows going up to the second floor.
The second floor is a giant loft with a railing in the center that opens into the great room. The railing can be removed and the floor filled in to add additional rooms on the second floor if desired. Look at the photos to get an idea on the size, it is as large as the second floor but is impacted by the slant of the roof which is minimized as much as possible.
No Rez required, just place where you want it.
Doors are non-locking
There is no support, this house is 100% modifiable so you can fix/change anything you like, including the scripts.
