Just a regular house (or not) is spacey dark building done in black brick. Form is same with haunted house with exception of attic (bloody textures are removed).
Inside of building is rather nicely textured, with 2 nice fireplaces, one in first floor and one in second.
Behind hidden door there is hidden stairs to attic (every one have secrets).
Building takes 37 prims of your space.

Just a regular house
Well worth the money,very spacious and lovely textures.It also has a hidden stairway that leads into the loft,i like it very much.
