Yes you can tint via the hud!

In order to get a more duller or softer look, you can go to the Specular tab in your HUD, and TINT it darker gray. you can also mess with the GLOSS. The lower number, the more spread out, the higher, more defined and sharp.

This works best on darker textures.

Please note that:
- The avatar is not included.
- This is ONLY the specular applier.
- The tail is not included
