Its my very first mesh, so it most likely still has some hiccups!
There is a PSD available, and if you wish to create your own stuff: please notecard me and ill happily send it over to you!
This has no special rig, but has been tested (and working) on several bodies such as

I can not promise if it will work for any other humanoid avatars, but there is a demo inworld for you to try it out.
