Fancy a skybox that is a little bit different? This build can be used as part of a Sci-Fi setting or as a stand alone sky box
You will find that the shower works as hot and cold, all the seating positions are fitted with multi positions and multi poses (Dining table/chairs and lounge chairs) the fridge opens and the treadmill can be used. The large TV display is ornamental only. It is fitted with sl media scripts, but these are not supported and so the TV is provided only as a visual extra.
Footprint: 60m x 60m x 17.5m high : Prim 198 fully fitted and ready to go, including all tp disks.
-Please Note-
1/ The building is modify, but is shown as none modify when bought, this is due to certain scripts within the build, however scripts like the 'open close' door script while not being modify, can be modified via a notecard in the doors. The textures, colors and positions of everything can be changed.
2/ The price shown is for the building only. The furniture supplied with the house buildings are free, because we are nice :)
3/ If you want to modify the building, or maybe move the furniture in the fully furnished house and are new to sl and not confident on how you do this.
4/ The TV panel in the living section is for cosmetic display only. It is fitted with media scripts that work, but as these are not supported then I would rather the display be counted as cosmetic only.
