[KC] Radar HUD

Object is worn as a HUD and functions as a radar HUD, it will display region health statistics (FPS, Lag), displays both username and display name as well as sorted by distance from you and their activity (WALK, Typing, SIT, RUN, ETC....)

HUD works in no script zone, for this to work it has to be attached at a region or parcel in where scripts are allowed, then when you go into a region that does not allow use of script it will continue working.

You can turn off the radar by just touching the HUD tu turn off and on.
