[K&H] Book House

Mesh house in the shape of a book.
High quality textures, materials enabled, where used. Everything is copy, modify and you can re-texture it as you like.
There are two versions included in the package:
- one with a single level at only 30 prims/land impact.
- one with three levels at 68 prims/land impact.

The house is rather large, with a footprint of 30x25m, and for this size the land impact is very low.

Everything is linked, including the working doors with sounds. No fancy rezzer used. Just rezz it and positioned it as you like.
You can unlink them and create a two level house at 49 prims.
