Hello and Welcome to Khaotix, the difference between the "Premade" version and Customizable is that you can change the way your billiard ball eyes look.

With "Sclera" there's red, orange, black,white,grey,brown, pink and purple options for the "base" of it.

With "Iris" There's red, orange, black,white,grey,brown, pink, purple and rainbow.
(IN SEPARATE UNPACKER to avoid anxiety)
With "Numbers" they are all tintable tattoos.
Tip: you're going to want to use prim eyes or a mesh eye that doesn't "invert" the number(s).
There's only eye prims included so people can wear these without the other eye inverting like how mesh ones would.. there are instructions included for how to position these into your *skull* attachment slot.
