Unfortunately, no tat layers only appliers
I still gave this 4 stars. I just figured this would come with tattoo layers like the previous half dozen tats I bought before this. Spent close to 2,000L on tats for me and my girlfriend. They all came with tat layers. So when I saw this I did not look at the description when I purchased. Yes this is my fault, but still would have hoped for some consistency in getting the Tat layers, especially with BOM so prevalent now.
That being said, I do not normally give out 5 stars anyway unless there is something above and beyond expectations. 4 stars is to me a good rating for getting what you expect, 3 stars average, 2 for poor and 1 for poor and bad service. So I still gave this my highest normal rating because it is a gorgeous tat. I just hate having to wear a layer attachment for the applier.
