I'm inclined to think this is a mistake from the dev and not a scam, but not a single layer included in this package works. When inspecting the Edit Layer menu for tinting, the reason why quickly become apparent: Every single one of them is a plain transparent texture.
I would like my money back, or for this to be fixed and redelivered. As it is, it's unusable. I have paid 99L for a folder of plain, transparent BOM layers.
