Since I am re-selling gacha items that I do not create I can not help you fix an item that is broken. I use the Viewer-Managed Marketplace to list items. Items are sold straight from my inventory.
Gacha items are no copy.
I can not replace items.
I can not do re-deliveries.
I do not refund.
