This is a set of 4 straight and curved pieces (bottom right pic) that can be aligned to make structures (top left pic). Matching textures are included. These textures can be used with regular prims to make them match the columns. An example is also included.
Textures that work better under water are also included (see alternate image).
Each section (top, bottom, two columns) is roughly 4 land impact and less if you link them.

after searching and cursing the MP and my own lack of skills in building a small arena, this was a life-saver. I was able to take your example and stretch it big to make an arena for a fighting hud system i am helping build.
