This is best used as a long range weapon. Why? Because the rocket it fires explodes on contact. Meaning it will keep going until it hits an avatar, building, or other object. Firing into thin air won't work.
The rocket contains 5 clusters of 26 explosives. Each explosive is capable of knocking someone off their feet, even in no push areas. You can work out for yourself this is a big weapon :)
Use with caution though because it makes a big noise and a big mess. Quick firing several rockets could possible crash the whole sim, or at very least cause mega lag for everyone.
The rockets are scripted to die if they reach the sim border (usually after 30 secs or so). All the debris is temporary so there's no permanent mess.
