5- The price can not be any less then 25% of its current selling price.
6-One item can be licensed to only one avatar. Buying one item and transferring it to your alt avatars or colleagues is not allowed.

Et pas de nouvelle du créateur, vendeur après plus de 72h !
Et la construction serait quand même a revoir un peux pour une meilleurs habitabilité et pour l'optimisation de LI et d'adaptations, d'autant plus que cette base est justement à enrichir, mais telle qu'elle, il y a des manques et lacunes.
Pourtant avec quelques remaniement rapide ça serait le top !

It lacks some textures that should be delivered!
And no news from the creator, seller after more than 72h !
