If you like this type of style then you'll love the jacket. Hides arms/hands with provided alpha or use your body Hud to alpha out.

The Arms Are Permanently in Hands in Pockets Pose
So I guess you hide and don't use your arms? If that'a what you're expecting, for pics and such it looks good, but of limited use IMHO.
