[K&P]Project - Flame Hands "Arcane" Version 2.0

This is an updated version of the magical fire hand effects.
I have reworked the particle effect, made it smoother and brighter.
Also updated some textures for particles.

Among other things, I updated the HUD itself.
With the help of the HUD, you can turn on the effects on the hands, and with it you can change the colors of these effects.

Basically, there's a lot to be said for change. To some extent, I made them from scratch.

They really began to look much better, this can be seen both in the photographs and in the video where I demonstrate the work of this product.
