I put the stable in as a seperate part so if you do not want it and only want the house..just drag it out of the rezzer to your inventory then delete it in the rezzer and you will only have the house and you can use the stable for whatever.
This house is mostly mesh..i did have issues..if you are a very early builder...you can easily fix the issues that I had after linking the house...but I had a hard time with it...so if you need assistance after you rez it and finalize..i can come to you..will be much easier to fix when it is finalized then when its in the box and i really dont mind..message me please...you can change the pbr or the walls and floors..all modify...some of the lighting drifted when linking hence the price ...if you have issues let me know please.
