KS Japanese Mansion PBR Furnished
If you love red and black and pink sakura..your gonna love this japanese mansion, It is around a quarter sim or less, 2 story, 5 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, huge statues, floating lanterns, and I threw in a garden I made for an event that matched. water garden with bridge, lotus, tori gate and fencing on one side, decorative windows, trees , plants,,giant statues...also..an elevator..to run it you will need to use the control box on the right side of you facing the elevator, This is the Delta Elevator..and is one of the best elevator systems in SL. its not hard..just press setup on the control and follow insructions, If you have issues just send me a message or a notecard and ill try to help, do no link the sofa as it has 4 seperate engines inside it, I did have a railing on the top that i purchased full perm but when i finally linked the house it wasnt so i took it off..you can get them pretty cheap and they are not hard to put up. There is also a artsy staircase as well. Many surprises in this house, givers in the dining plates..just check everything..alwyas something hidden in most of my homes. Some of my best furniture and decor went into this house as I specifically designed it for my daughter. So please if you would leave me a review..I was so appreciate it.
