Low res for price
Everything is rendered in fairly low resolution, most evident in the rocks. The wooden floor and the wood slats on the pier are not linked to the rest of the structure, you have to move them separately any time you want to reposition the structure. However, if you link them, for some reason that makes it impossible to properly walk into the structure, you end up on top of the roof instead of inside. Very odd. At this price point, I probably wouldn't buy again.
Worth it
Great textures and a quality build. Purchased it to place on a beach sim. I did not think it would match the theme I was going for but it fits right in and then some.
One of my favorites
This build is one of my fav tiki builds. I use it with the panalau house (also sold by this creator) and connect them with walkways on my land. It looks amazing. Low prim and very nice.. love the convenient rezzer. Thank you!

This is ALL what previews review say. I might just add that it comes in a rez-box and is two-parts: a phantom part (the sculpted bits, 9prims) and the solid part to walk on (8prims). It is GORGEOUS!
