Just what I was looking for.
Attention to detail without overdoing it is a precious commodity in SL. I wanted just a little added flare to some outfits that were missing just a little something and this is perfect. It sits slightly higher than most garters or thigh highs and lower than a lot of short skirts so it's rigged perfectly for me. Love the design and textures as always.
