This is a naval bulkhead / hatch door, which also works pretty well with sci-fi, cyberpunk and retro sci-fi.
With a custom script which makes it rotate slowly, and custom, realistic sounds. You can adjust the script to your needs.
Just touch it to open and touch again to close it. There is also an auto-close feature with a 20-second timer.
100% mesh and materials enabled. If your viewer allows, it will look fantastic and react like a metallic surface to light variations.
Just place it wherever you want, adjust the size and voilà!
Comes with a pretty good looking door frame created by Bridget Littlebird.
