Hiya,
All hats are sold with Mod rights & Copy rights.
Because there is a script inside the hats&caps, that is no modify, it might show in your inventory as no mod.
This is not the case when you try to resize it, rezzed or when you are wearing it.
The script is a change texture script so click on the hat to change textures.

Awesome.
This is a great little hat, although I'd prefer 3 different versions non-scripted instead of a texture-change menu, just for the sake of no excess scripts. Still, this hat looks boss; I totally look like a raunchy sea-captain with it and my pipe.
