The shield is legal on every sim that uses the GM Meter and it comes in two sizes. A more regular sized one and a small one preferred by the wagonpeople - whatever suits your needs and taste.
When drawn the shield can be used to defend against melee hits. The shield can also defend from ranged attacks but only has a 30% chance to succeed. The blocking works the same as the dodging offered by the meter but the shield is much more effective.
The design of the shield is like it was described
in the Books by John Norman as being used by
the Tuchuk of the wagonpeople.
Also includes a chestbelt and a unscripted Deco-version for decoration.

Unfortunately no weapons including shields can be sold modifyable because that would make them vulnerable to using illegal scripts with them. If Josie would have contacted me i would have made a individual smaller sized shield, but even when i tried contacting her myself she never answered. The shield has the exact dimensions how they are described in the books.
Kataii Shield
A nice design and well made on that basis I would give it five stars but, regretably, it is no mod which makes it impossible to resize. Now, my avatar is not the largest human in the world but the shield appears to be about twice as large as it should be. So unless you are built like Conan ot the Hulk this shield is not for you.
