This is a lovely and cozy Mushroom House!
Using only 29 prims and high quality textures!
It's very easy to use! Just rezz and enjoy! The cushions (only 1 prim) are copyable so you can add more or take some away so you can decorate your house the way you like it! The coffee pot actually steams and when someone clicks on it a coffee cup is given out! The chimney actually lets out puffs of smoke!

What an truly amazing little house with such high quality details and highly functional using only few prims. A great cozy place to hang out with my friends and I love the little stove with the coffee giving pot and the smoke coming out the chimney. Very fair price. Thank you Kath!
