Kei ~ SuperSoak'em Water gun

upon opening the box there's no actual water gun included.. just received a notecard and texture of the box

Like the thousands of thing i buy in the marketplace, every once in a while you get an empty box. I've tried every method of extracting contents, i just didnt get anything but a texture of the poster and a notecard.
