It has a side terrace for outdoor breakfast/dining and lounging. Double-doors from the kitchen and the living area lead out to the terrace. The dining area and adjoining living area has a fireplace.
Upstairs, there are 2 spacious rooms and a spacious open area for study/entertaining.
Kelly Cottage is perfect for the starter family with small children.
Kelly Cottage is 72 land impact. It is 19x17 and fits a 1024 land comfortably. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
I have also added some optional plants which are shown in the pictures in the marketplace. They are 61land impact combined.
