I agree with the person who said it is a cute house but you cannot go out on the patios from upstairs. That is not a good thing.

It's a very nice, small house. It's at a low number of prims and is perfect for anyone who wants a small space to call their own.
My only issue (which I'm not taking any stars off of because it's 10L) is that the doors to the balcony don't open.
