This is really a great asset to anyone's parcel or sim. textures are rich and detailed and crisp. It feels rugged and used and it offers a lot of space on the decks. Why not 5 stars? I have this habit of measuring myself in relation to doors to see if proportions are correct. And while I am 6 ft 5 in sl ( my rl height ) The door handle almost reaches my head when I am standing in front of it, second reason is the cabin's interior, while I understand the creator wanted to make the cabin user friendly by making it a 2 room build with a bathroom, the spaces are cramped and not really useable. Other than this I am absolutely thrilled with it and will convert it into a coffee shack in my harbour.
