Not my first Killers product. But the first time I had a question to the creator. And the answer came blazingly fast.
The build is great and has a low LI, what can you ask more?

The original size is HUGE, the door knob was over my head and I am 6.60 feet all, LOL, however I was able to link it all together and resize it smaller, down to only 47 prims as well. EXCELLENT!! We have bought several of Killer's other things over this past week or so as well. Just love Killer's items, glad we found him on MP. After we found him on MP we found is inworld store and went to have a peek. He has a rez area where you can see almost everything he makes in person and up close.
Let's not forget to mention that the poses on the items are remarkable, as well as the textures and realism, FYI.
Excellent customer service as well. I had a tiny problem with a sign, NC'ed him and within 10 minutes he answered me and fixed the issue. I'd give Killer 20 stars if I could! THANKS !!!

Good build, highly modifiable, easy to rework to add additional rooms. The default size is however nearly twice of what it needs to be but overall good money for value.

If you want a Motel/Hotel or a small ghetto apartment block that you can modify to suit your needs, get this... the realism on this building can't be matched by other similar choices on MP, and I have a lot of them. I wanted to texture the inside differently so my friend contacted the creator who hooked us up within minutes.
