KinEx - Micro Chain Links
Yet another package!? where are these coming from!?
This wild little gem contains the following:
9 MICRO chain link styles
3 Thicknesses for each link style
For a total of 27 unique links!
What's the purpose of MICRO chain links?
Well to anyone building anything massive.. pretty much no real purpose..
On the other hand.. to anyone making specifically jewelry, or any high detail items, sculpts like these come in absolute handy!
Boasting sizes of approximately: 0.00125 x 0.000375 x 0.00005
I'm afraid they just don't get much smaller (and retain any recognizable quality)
As you can see in the screenshots, linked together you're fitting between
9 and 16 links across a 0.01 cube (smallest prim size SL allows)
On top of the size, these are the literal definition of LoD resistant.
You'll lose sight of them before LoD could even attempt to break them.
Many, many hours went into this set to create high quality micro chain links.
It was no easy task but after several cases of cola, Voila!
Anything else i should know?
All the other information you may be wondering about, such as getting the textures
wrapped on nice and clean to each face, is all covered in the notecard inside
the box.
