BROCHURE RACH This is a very neat feature to have ! This brochure holder allow you to load it with a NOTECARD and anyone who touch it will recieve one !!! ( example : You can put in all of your info like a business card so you can advertise to all your visitors and help them learn more )
WINDOWS each apartment comes a KeyPad device ! You can ADD tenants and ADMINs to the device so they can have control !!! You can Lock and Unlock the windows !

On each floor you will get a frame in which you can ADD your OWN pictures to !!!
This frame already comes loaded with pictures however you can DELETE them and ADD your own pictures !! It will allow you to ADD up to 11 pictures !!!!

Got this for my big family my wife and I have. was good because we needed a home that was big enough for all our children we have 14 total ! this was good. the prims on it was a life saver not much at all. We found it hard to find a apt that looked like an actual home. So when i saw this for so cheap i figured Id give it a try. Gota lot of neat features to thx will buy more of your stuff for sure.

Looking for a building for my rentals. Actually I had already found one and was just looking for rental boxes !! Then this came up for 599 for rental boxes !!!! Then I saw that it was included GREEAATTT ! The rental system was easy to use but i did have an issue with the prim counter ! It seem to not register with the rental boxes. So I contacted Kensington and he help me right away. I didnt read the instruction yea yea call me lazy lol. Didnt know you had to rezzz the counter 1st ahhh lol. ALl in all great customer service and AWESOME apartments !!! And not to mention LOW prim !! Thanx looking forward to more of your builts !!
