Kio. Maia Skybox

This is a really great modern/contemporary themed skybox and is perfect for somebody that wants something simple and appealing that isn't overburdened by multiple pointless rooms leaving you wandering in a maze of confusion. I really like the interior doors too; the slatted design looks 3D. I did not realise the creator had used baked textures at first until I inspected them; job well done on those too!

I personally made some changes to the original design by adding some PBR textures and probes. It gave it a more gloomy feel that the original didn't have, and I think it would make nicely for a nighttime setting.

The original comes with a nice grey marbled bathroom floor. I replaced this with a tiled PBR material and used a probe to help reflect the door space: https://gyazo.com/65cb254ebaea0613ef7271e9a90f115d

I also reduced the railing height on the balcony a little bit as I found it a little high for my liking, but thankfully the creator was kind enough to include modify permissions, which made the process easy. https://gyazo.com/6ac90bdeb23c18051b17ca0b08e3aac6

I also replaced all the glass surfaces with PBR glass to help with improving the realistic aspects.

I think overall the creator did an excellent job on this, and the design they went for matches the décor items they sell as well, so it will be super easy to furnish.

Hopefully the creator takes some of my modifications into consideration for future Skybox ideas, and I hope to see some PBR products soon also!
