Tyr Fireplace is a slim and modern bio-burner that requires very little space. Simply place it on the wall like a piece of art. It has fire animations and a pleasant low sound of burning wood. The sound can be turned on/off by touch.

I had searched, and searched, and... then I found this. It's EXACTLY what I was looking for, the visual effects are very nice, and it's as thin as a picture. It looks just like a modern, 'simulated' fireplace - perfect!
