The Highclere Manor is the largest Kismet manor house, so far, and makes quite an impressive estate. The 3-story house features Gothic arches and stone brickwork throughout the build. In the classic Old English tradition, ivy covers many of the exterior walls. As you enter, double staircases ascend to the upper floors and a trio of arches lead to the Great Hall, the heart of this majestic home. Flanked on the sides with 2-story arches, balustraded galleries, and crowned with a magnificent ceiling of ribbed barrel vaults, the Great Hall is sure to take your breath away. Just off the Great Hall is a banquet area, sized to host a large party of dinner guests, and features a coffered ceiling and Gothic windows looking to the side garden. Next to the banquet is an office or bedroom space with access to the outside. On the opposite side, a warm and inviting sitting room can be used for a library or music room. The spacious kitchen is at the back of the house and a stairway leads to the second floor.

Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, including the master bedroom. A smaller room next to the master bedroom could be used as a fourth bedroom, bath, or nursery. At the front of the house is an open room with a balcony overlooking the formal garden. The passageways have barrel vaulted ceilings, and the balustraded galleries overlook the Great Hall below. At the back is a large landing that would make a quiet reading area or reception to the events on the top floor. Double staircases from the landing lead to the top floor, which could serve many purposes, including grand balls, classes, and other public or private activities. Doors at the front of the house on the top floor open onto a terrace… perfect for dancing under the stars.

The Highclere Manor House includes three fireplaces, four outdoor lanterns at the entrance and balcony, and six chandeliers. All feature on/off switches by touch. The doors open and close smoothly, and have menu systems for locking, limiting access, or turning on auto-open. A notecard with instructions for the door menus is included.

The Highclere Manor House is a total of 1609 prims and measures 55 meters wide, 60 meters long, and 30 meters high. It is best suited for a 1/4 sim parcel or larger, a homestead, or full sim.
