Traditional, fully operational, functional, highly detailed and animated kitchen Modesty has:
- 40 Kitchen (food & drink preparation, cleaning, eating) single and couple animations.
- 18 couple table animations
- 36 cuddle animations
- 10 sit/drink animations in each stool

Animations are in Avsitter 2 with menu control, adjust and swap functions, support for auto-seat and pose assignment based on avatar's shape gender.
If you have the AVsitter experience enabled on your land props will automatically attach to your avatar, without asking permission.

Fridge - has a food menu with 12 snacks and drinks.

All the doors (cabinets, oven, fridge) have an open/close function.
Burners - turn on/off.
Vintage radio has 18 working radio station. You can add more stations.

Upper cabinets are separate objects, so you can place where you want.

The kitchen is in the rezz box so is very easy to set up.
Plus you can rez and derez table centrepiece.
Many items rezz from the counters and table, no need to place them.
