Check pictures to see how it looks applied in a brand new unpacked head and in a further customized avatar.
Either rez this applier on the floor or attach it in your avatar and click it and the texture will apply to your head.
--IMPORTANT!--
The eyeshadows if you choose to use them must be put in Alpha Masking mode and adjust the Mask cutoff value to preference. And pick color of your liking. If you have trouble to select them you can try rezzing the head on floor where they can be easily selected
